ILM members across the country have been flicking the kettle on, to sit down and take Time for Tea with their Senior Leadership teams.
Part of the ILM’s inaugural Love Your Legacy Manager campaign, the initiative encourages ILM members and charity senior leaders to get together to have meaningful discussions, with a view to nurturing an environment of support and understanding of Legacy Management.
ILM CEO, Matthew Lagden said: “We have been delighted to see so many members and their Senior Leaders get behind the Time for Tea Initiative. We have already given away 150 of our limited edition Love Your Legacy Manager mugs, so that is 75 Time for Teas which will take place.
“We have very much enjoyed seeing colleagues coming together to talk about Legacy Management, and hearing how these discussions have helped foster mutual appreciation and understanding.
“The huge demand we have seen to get involved is testament to the fact that there is a real appetite for our members to get in front of Senior Leaders and be heard, and that those at the top table are ready to listen.”
Since the initiative launched, members have been sharing their pictures and experiences – look out for stories over the coming weeks.
If you haven’t already, there is still time to get involved. You can find more information and order your mugs here.
Please note: The demand for our mugs has been so high that we are currently out of stock and awaiting delivery, which may delay orders.
